  • Přípravený pokoj nebyl dle objednávky a zaslaného voucheru. Personál vesměs bez zájmu V celém hotelu je cítit kuchyně

  • umístění v centru města, dostupnost MHD, perfektně fungujíící koupelna (odtoky z umyvadla a sprchy), zabezpečení wifi, dobře vybavený minibar/minilednička

  • zastaralý masivní přijímač TV, částečně nefunkční dálkový ovladač, noční hukot venkovních ventilátorů klimatizace, drnčení ledničky

  • Byla jsem zde na doporučení mé známé a byla jsem velmi spokojena. Poloha hotelu v centru byla super, blízko do ulice Stodolní a centra města i na Hlavní nádraží a 15 minut busem do Ostravské Zoo:) Velice ochotný a příjemný personál, vše bylo čisté, na posteli se spalo velice dobře, prostorná koupelna a možnost využít minibar za dobré ceny. Přijatelná cena za ubytování a možnost placeného parkování ve dvoře. Doporučuji a ráda se zde opět ubytuji
